Drc problems please help

Hi guys it me kadim again just received a call from Audi customer service uk telling me that they can't do the passenger side rear shocker I bought the car 9 days ago from a private garage not dealer but the car has full Audi service history with Stafford Audi the driver side rear was done in November 2011 and asked for it doing under the goodwill warranty which they refused point blank as a household with a brand new rs3 and 4 other audis including a q7 I would of thought maybe this could off been done could some body please advise on what to do! They lady who I spoke to at Audi customer service the first time said she was very surprised they didn't do them both at the same time because the are connected however they just don't seem to give a damn about it basically told me to sling my hook my car is a rs4 2006 probably last time I ever buy a Audi again

If your car is outside the 5 years Goodwill (or 75K miles), they'll probably make you "whistle for it".
Have you spoken to Stafford Audi ?

Sorry not very well versed in the comas mate!
have spoken to them mate say I have to bring car down for them to look at first, don't really want to drive 110 miles just to be told they can't do it!....I'll keep trying maybe send a letter in aswell.

Is it causes its outside the 5 years/miles or not purchased from Audi?

(Irish Owner)I bought mine from a non-audi garage and when the car was in with Audi on a free health check the two front shocks were misting etc. They did the work for free under the warrenty. Unfortunatly another Irish owner went to the same garage to have his done and they only went 50/50 on the cost with him.

they say it's outside 5year warranty, the car gas done 50k last service was 49k
When I did the health check which they charged me 138 squid they said its been leaking for some time,
So should of been done with the other,but because it was under warranty they just changed one,bet your bottom dollar if the guy was paying out of his own pocket they would of done both sides!...
