New Year Scotland Meet Sunday 15th January.

Perhaps a bit dodgy having a meet at this time of year but a number of folk have been speaking to me about it so I thought I'd try and arrange something.
As I haven't seen any other forum members since the National Gathering 6 months ago it would be great to catch up in person and see some other RS's together again. There are a good number of RS4's in the Aberdeen area that I know of (at least 10) and after speaking to Danny, there seem to be a number down central belt way too. I'm kind of in the middle of those 2 areas so I'm happy to organise a meet around the Perth area.
I'll have to reccy some venues first before committing to a definite meeting point. I'd suggest we all meet up at 1130 in Perth (venue to be confirmed), meet, greet, chat, etc then have some food about 1300. If its a nice day then we could go for a wee run after lunch.
Perhaps someone from each of the 2 areas might want to co-ordinate group runs down/up to Perth? ( Glasgow- Danny? , Aberdeen- Pie?)
Please stick your name on a list below so I have an idea how many cars/ bods we are going to get, as this will have a bearing on where the venue will eventually be held.
1. 22B x 2 for food

I'd like to have made it to the meeting, but I don't get home until 18th January. Maybe the next time.

So for the folks leaving from Aberdeen, thinking 2 options.
Depart Asda, Garthdee:
Option 1 - 110 miles.
Inland via South Deeside Road, Banchory, Braemar, Glenshee, Blairgowrie and Perth
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?saddr=Gar ... ls&t=m&z=9
Option 2 - 90 Miles.
Coast Road and pick up Iain on the way.

option 1 would be a nice drive assuming the weather is ok , depending on what the GF is working i could be in Carnoustie so option 2 would suit but the last 30 miles is dual carriageway so kind of boring but its the only way really so either will suit me really:-)
