HELP WITH PURCHASE

Having had a C5 RS6 then Porsche, now i am wanting to go back into the Audi's and wanting an RS4.
I have seen a silver avant with 79k and all the right bits. (buckets,flat bottom wheel,black optics) etc.
It is from a private guy so i will be taking a chance without warranty.
It has had 3 services stamped in the book, but i have been told that it has had 2 more.
What do i need to look out for when purchasing and having no warranty.
