Is there a Haynes manual (or equivalent) that covers the B7 RS4? Searching has been fruitless.

No chance. You may get one for generic b7 a4 but not a model so specific and in such few numbers

by a copy of ELSAWIN off Ebay (DVD) . It's handy though infamous amongst main dealer techs for giving the wrong info, usually due to LHD/RHD confusion!
However it can be very good...
