Richie Garcia here... My Headlight washer gets stuck after use ..... just wanted to ask if anyone had the same problem... The passenger side gets stuck in the extended position , I have done some research on some other audi forums usually it's caused by snow / dirt or misaligned bumpers that might have hit one of the high pressure hoses or spring mechanism .... As suggested by other forums I filled the tank with water and tried to reset by running water thru the system... Sadly it Still gets stuck on its fully extended position ;( I tried pushing it back manually.. it feels like something is stopping it when I put a little more force water spurts out from the nozzle as it slowly retracts back in... When I do the process again it gets goes out normally but gets stuck again before going back in....
Any thoughts?

Re: Headlight washer gets stuck after use
I had exactly the same problem with an A6 I had. Unfortunately it was a knocked front bumper that had caused the unit to be very slightly 'bent' and I mean very slightly. I never had it fixed as some little maggots ripped both out one evening a few days later (why???). I changed the car the following week and never bothered to get new ones.
Unfortunately IIRC I was quoted around £110ish (I think) to get the bent one fixed.
