Anybody know this car? 'OU56 YHY' Red saloon

Hi folks,
As per title really, been looking at lots of cars lately and looks like I may be able to do a part ex deal on this one.
It's red,
reg is 'OU56 YHY'
35k miles
FASH
and it's got a Milltek, but not sure which one yet (how can i tell which Milltek it is by just looking at it?)
Wasn't sure about getting a red one, it might stand out a bit too much, but I bet with a machine polish it will look fantastic...
I've driven quite a few now, and starting to be able to tell by the drive if it's a dog or not, but any pointers for me to look at when viewing the car? How can I tell if the DRC needs work?
Also, being a 5 year old 1 owner car with only 35k miles, is it likely that it will need to be de-coked? How can I tell? (or will this not be an issue because of the milltek?)
Was the DRC warrenty for 5 years? So I guess I can get it straight to Audi if I bought it and have anything that needs sorting done under warrety.
If it's only done an average of 7,000 miles a year it's obviously not been a daily driver, unless it's been clocked...
Any tips for things to look out for would be great.
