and torque 307.8 lbft @ 3,993 rpm and with only having 16k on the clock and 4 years old and the valves not been cleaned (yet), no smoke out of the rear

i used to drive from Thirsk to Northallerton and on to Darlington sometimes, never took the A1, back roads there are awesome, ohh this was in my Subaru days but the RS would just be as good.

Strong figures indeed - nice one!
James Bond would probably go for the Cab version of the RS4....judging by how he likes his Martini

good numbers
basically rated power, at 16k miles, no cleaning (most say the worst happens in the first 10k miles on a new engine)
what type of dyno?
do you have the print-outs?
was it a ramp test or did he hold a steady rpm for a reading?
I looked at their website, looks like an old school load type dyno, very accurate machines

It was a DASTEK dynometers and he accelerated then on another run he held it steady all runs were in 4th gear trying to add printout

Nice results; I use Motoscope as well and my figures last time (just before Christmas) were 396bhp and 318 ftlbs of torque IIRC on a 75k miles 5.5 year old Avant with non res valved exhaust on so pretty close to yours.
Dastek is pretty good as it asks for a learning period before you do power runs on it. Give us a shout the next time you are thinking of going down as I'm still to hear a Millteked RS4. Interesting yours was done with the bonnet up, pretty sure the last time mine was done with bonnet closed.

thats good to see that the extra milage doesnt make much difference, im going to clean my valves in the next week and take it back to motoscope to see if there is any gains at all to be had doing a decoke, if there is i could offer a decoke to local people lol

Just found my original figures;
BHP 396.5@7984 rpm (2009) vs. 394.2@ 7702rpm (2010)
Torque 312.0 @3594rpm (2009) vs. 319.2 @ 3565rpm (2010)

not bad at all hardley any loss of bhp and a slight gain in torque, im looking forward to pulling off my inlet manifold to see if and how much carbon build up there is, (and thats not a hint to start a debate again lol)

Just theorising here, but if carbon was building up as it should would that affect peak bhp at revs by occlusion? I just noticed that your peak power is at 8K+ rpm where as mine in 2009 was at just under 8k rpm but at 7702 at Christmas and peak torque is at higher revs.
Either that or my car is getting wheel slip at the top end.
do you own your own garage; just when you say about opening up the manifold and decoking...
