I've had my car since mid September and my 3rd coilpack has gone today, I Am lucky to have a mate that has the diagnostic snap on gear so it o ly cost me the price of a coilpack. But come on 3 in a matter of months

Whats other peoples experience's??

Cheers Dougie

none for me so far (well since buying in Sept) - used to be a big problem years ago, I can remember maybe 5-6 years ago there was a shortage and lots of cars were off the road...

It's funny really they seem to be going in an order. They front 2 closest to the front of the car, cylinders 1 and 5 now 2 has gone whats the bet on number 6 going next lol

Must just be bad luck I guess, I have told my mate to get 2 so I have a spare for the next one lol

None for me, but I'm very low mileage. Had a single misfire logged a while ago, but changed the plugs at AVS2 and seen nothing since

No - it sits outside facing the worst of the elements. I have changed the spark plugs on average every 15k, not sure whether this has helped....sods law one will go in the next week !
