I wanted to, but they weren't available on the Avant when I ordered mine.

But would you have - that's the question? I wanted them but it's one hell of a box to tick. Holiday or brakes, Leica or brakes, half the Apple store or brakes etc. It's worse when you actually have the choice!

I saw that auction but the description say two left hand discs and calipers which is confusing so left them alone.

IIRC there is a part no. difference between left and right hand ceramic discs like on standard RS4 rears?

Well unless the discs are reversible they aren't much good unless know anyone running 2 right hand discs ? "DISCS ARE 2 PIECES FROM THE LEFT SIDED" So bidding starts at 2k + 1k (?) for a r/h disc, + overhaul the calipers etc. is going to be probably 4 sets of front discs/pads price wise, although will save a lot of cleaning & be a braking upgrade.

Ceramics are handed or side specific so two left hand discs are useless and the directioal indicator on both of those discs are the same ie -> L.

If you click 'sellers other items' there's another set of ceramics for £3200 that look the same. don't understand the large price difference!
on a B7 RS4 are ceramics on all 4 wheels or just the front two?

R8 V10, C6 RS6 updated and Q7 V12 TDi are the only cars with ceramics all round.
