As some of u might well i know i have had a shed load of problem with my rs4 since i brought it, but i have stuck with it and 9 month later ( and about 7k) its tip top, one of the only things it hasn't had go wrong is the drc, its still on the originals, in the last few day it seems really crashy on the front and it sounds a bit knocky but not over bumps but not all bumps, do you think it could be the conditions or the drc, its got ss+, do cars with ss+ fail more than standard

Get the drc checked as it sounds like it to me but I am not an expert

Hi! Need advise on stock DRC replacement. If dealer change front shock-absorbers for new one (stok) do they need special tools to increase pressure in drc system after replacement? Thanks!

Stas magic, yes they do need a DRC pressurisation tool. wellzie, it may well be the cold as well. Mine is in tip top cndition by over certain bumps it does sound crashy but take into consideration cold tyres which don't have as much play in them. I also wonder if the cold will thicken the DRC fluid...
But if you want to be sure get it checked, dependent on your dealer some will do this FOC as it is a 5-10 minute job.

Excellent point ! When mine went you could see a thin film of oil on the shocks so is easy to check yourself by taking a wheel off.

will check it out its in Audi on Monday for a full service so will get them to check,i did think i could be the tyres being cold, its had 1 Audi service from new and is in for another on Monday but when it was in for work at the BMW garage i brought it from they changed the oil and stamped my book for a oil change so it has a BMW stamp do you think this will affect my warranty claim if there is a problem with the drc
