They are. I've already asked Terry where he got them from but he's keeping quiet on that....

Yes they are neckarsulm, but I do not think you can buy them now. I had to dig a small washer out of the tread although very small if you put a small screwdriver in, you can feel the chords hence the winter tyres which should arrive soon.

what do these cost and how much do they effect an insurance premium by?

Was around £1,500+VAT but this may have changed. £20 more on my insurance.
