Neil - looks like a very good price - certainly best I've come across - will be in touch shortly. One question though, I thought that general concensus was non res, valved was the one to go for given sufficient funds - I see from your profile that you have resonated, valved - how come you made that choice?

Would be interested to hear your personal views.
