Wanted-genuine rs4 alloys

Post by Andy74b » Fri Oct 01, 2010 7:20 pm

Just found this forum and is a bit of a cheeky first post but I have damaged to alloys on my car this week and need to get replacements. Is anyone selling either a set or individual wheels?

Only bought the car this year and already think the only replacement will be the new one if they ever bring it out. Perfect everyday car.

I still have a picture of them after the refurb. I had curbed them badly and taken the surface back to bare metal most of the way round :(

Thanks for help, dropped the wheels off at lepsons yesterday. They optimistic that the kerbed wheel will be ok.

Have been watching ebay but most sets of rs4 alloys seem to be rs4 look with wrong offset. Will keep an eye on the classifieds here for spare set.

As Terry said, Lepsons & Pristine seem by far the most highly regarded. As someone with minor grazing (damn those French toll booths) I'd be interested if you could report back on the finish

Lepsons did mine in hyper silver & finish was superb really quick turnaround too - shipped to them on Tuesday & back on Friday ! Only thing is paint does look very thick so I imagine a little touch could look quite bad, but they do look just like OEM & really sparkle when clean - only snag is you will want to clean them all the time !
