Approved used car MPC

Have been going through the service records of my recent purchase and noticed that the Service certificate shows MPC at 10K then service at 25K then MPC at 39k and MPC at 40k . Does any one know if a service is carried out as part of the MPC. The paperwork suggests not ( it only states to top up oil ) Can anyone confirm what is done in MPC ? Cheers
