I'm back!!!! (oldie but at same time newbie to RS4 B7)

Big hello to all

As mentioned i have been an active member on 246 for a few years now, more known in the B5 world, I owned what i believed one of the lowest mileage/mint condition B5s out there

Image

From there I had set my sights on a B7, more specifically Jims' B7!

Image

I wanted a B7 which was on par with my B5, one which had been looked after and well 'sorted' as mine was.

I can honestly say I must now be the owner of one of the most unique and awesome B7s! Wohoo

This car is something else, ticks every box and more, a real credit to the effort Jim has put in not to mention the £££!

I have a problem, that problem being I can never let things be, however Jim has left me no room for improvement on this beauty, all I can do is drive her and enjoy.

Hope to get to know you all a bit better now that I can oficially participate in events and debates/forum banter :thumb:

I know Graham, I tried to play with the numbers beleive me, but the offsets just wouldn't work, now they would have been the icing on the cake.

Having seen Jimbo's car at the RR day a couple of times made me feel like I owned a Ford Escort!

I dare anyone to claim they have a better looking car (flame suit on) :FIREdevil:

Well done fella, great purchase

it's true, i have yet to come across a better looking and sounding car, thanks Sonny, i am to say i'm happy with Jims' car is an understatement, it truley is a unique machine, complete different animal from the B5 in every sense.

I am in the South, (London), i know most B7 owners seem to be northerners, but a meet sounds good to me, would be nice to meet B7 members and put names to faces etc

OK im in the SE London area too few other B7 and B5 owners are in the same area, we often have meets at the Woodmen in Ide Hill near Sevenoaks. Back in May think we have 5 B7's turn up.

Are you looking at tracking the car? if so im heading to Brands Hatch towards the end of October.

Sounds like we need another Kent meet. November might be a plan, between ADI in October and the MRC RR Weekend in December?
