Do you know if they do this with the heads still on, or do they have to come off? (If they're porting the heads as opposed to the manifolds I'm not sure how they'd keep all the swarf out of the engine.....)
Have you any idea of the sort of before and after power figures you're expecting?
Cheers
Dave

Manifold is ported and flowed off the car,my car went in with a full milltek system including cats fitted so i already had some bhp over standard, the above work gained a further 40 odd hp

Can I be cheeky and ask how much for the port manifold?

I would rather not post prices on here but i'm sure if you give doug a e-mail he'll be more than happy to give you a quote the heads are geraraly a swap for one the prepared earlyer but they can do you own one but would need around a week to get it done ad put back on the car i'm opting for the one the prepared earlyer as i will be down there waiting for the car

Nice one Brooner you wont be disappointed.
Funnily, I had the head Audi Tech at my local take my car for test drive yesterday (I had a pre-track inspection) and he was amazed how fast the car was, He could not believe it, it was the first MRC tuned B7 RS4 he had driven.
My car churned out 441ps (435bhp) at MRC earlier in the year (mods, BMC filter, full Milltek 200 cells cats, manifold and valve work plus the remap). The difference is between nigh and day.
Are you having a exhaust system added too?
What year is your car and what SW variation are you on?

Looking forward to it keeping the standard exhaust latest SW 9

Not surprised you happy Brooner, while the figures headline figures are great, they don't tell you the difference it makes to drivability, mine felt much better across the whole rev range after the work

How do I find out what software version I'm running? And does it make a big different in getting the upgrade?

Good result. The RS4 pulls hard when it breaths well hey! Thanks for sharing.
Do you know how much power difference the clean and porting did, and then what the remap did on top of that?
Do you have VAGCOM, would you be able to run some timing and airflow logs? I'd be really keen to see this.
Cheers, Mal
