All,
As Audi covered the DRC with an additional 5 years, how do we get the Seat Bolsters that won't hold the air the same? it seems like a common fault that can be costly to repair?
any suggestions?
Steve

Both my front seats were covered under extended warranty, all pumps and valves replaced. Cost approximately £1700, but they were non-functioning and so should be replaced.
Audi were playing hard ball initially but my service manager did a great job to get them sorted!
Makes me wonder whether its a postcode lottery on the bolster issue dependent on how supportive your service manager is?
