Hi:

I just presented myself on the forum... I've been reading you for a while but haven't had the chance to participate till now.

The thing is I recently bought a RS4 b7 Avant with which I'm really happy. But I'm thinking of doing an exhaust change...

I've seen most of you have bought the Milltek exhaust. Given that my first baby will be born on October, I don't want soemthing that could mean too much noise in the car.

Is the Milltek really loud? Can you still use the S button with the exhaust? What about Capristo?

theres a group buy just going for the rs4 b7 exhausts and the prices arent too bad - cheapest ive seen,

a resonated valved miltek system will work with the s button and be almost the same as you have now

a non res miltek with valves will be the same as your car with the s button on in normal mode - with the s button pressed its loud!

a capristo system is nice - but expect to pay 3.5k and a lengthy wait. non valved so doesnt work with the s button and is fairly loud from what ive heard.

DUR - have you met a guy call John in Spain ? He was in prison recently...
