Hello.
I'm taking my RS4 to France in August and was wondering about the headlights.
In the good ol' days, you'd go to Halfords and buy black shields and stick them to your headlilghts to stop the gendarmes hassling you for dazzling the locals. Surely, as my car has adaptive headlights (meaning that they can change direction), there's now a software solution for this.
Am I right? Probably need to get VagCom or get a dealer to do it though...
Cheers,
Mark

Yep you can change it via VAG-COM, guys who just came back from the Euro trip Did this, or failing that, do what I did, and get some patches from Halfords (you can still buy them)
Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar
TBH we didn't switch our headlights over for the Euro tour because we were driving during the day. If you are thinking of driving after 9pm or brfore 5am fair enough, but if going in the next couple of weeks you're going during the longest days of the year.
It is a simple VAG-COM thing to do if you know smeone with a VAG cable and VCDS.
