Post by Outtlaw » Fri May 21, 2010 6:57 pm

I know most will not like the rear without the badges and im not that sure either but thought i'd give it a go.
I also have new badges just in case :D

Dont look too bad, was it easy to take them off?

Hmm now I wonder what it would look like fully flush, rear wiper, roof rails?

Then leave the RS4 badge on?
I only had the RS4 badge on the back of my B5 RS4 and that looked real nice.

I took my RS4 off, left the rings on...
easy to take off
heat gun
dental floss/fishing line
adhesive remove

heat it up a bit, if it's warm out may not be necessary
slide the floss/line behind and 'saw' through the adhesive slowly, you may need to use several pieces of floss
remove residue with adhesive remover
wax the area

Call me a badge snob buut I do like the 4 rings and the RS badges. I have had cars debadged previosuly from model inscriptions but if I were to remove one it would be the RS4 rear badge.
