New Owner - Seat issue

I picked up the new motor last weekend from the local Audi stealer. It is a Nov 06 Sprint Blue Avant with 30K on the clock. What a car. I drove one when I ordered my 3.2 MK2 TT in 2006, and I thought I will have one someday. And that day has arrived
Unfortunately, it doesn't have the flat bottom steering wheel
It does have the buckets though. When I test drove the car, the seats were very squeaky when cornering, which was quite annoying. This is due to the force the body puts on the side vertical bolsters. The guy said he woud sort it out before collection. Upon collection he said they had oiled the mechanism, but they are still the same. I see you can take the side panels at the the back of the seat off. So I am sure it would be easy enought to sort out the squeaks.
Has anybody else had squeaky buckets? If so, have you managed to remove the squeaks?
Another thing, one of the tyres has a couple of small chunks removed near where the tyre meets the alloy. Obviously done by the previous owner. The alloy is perfect, so I assume it has been refurbed. There is no wire showing and the tread is fine. Would you accept this?
Apart from that, extremely pleased with the new beast. Sprint Blue avants are the best
Thanks,
Pete
