Post by sonny » Thu Feb 11, 2010 1:58 pm

Was at Brands last week on a open pit day, car performed well esp as it was a wet track in the morning. never missed a beat and gave some other race prepped cars a run for there buck. So as we all like a bit of pic whoring I though I would share with you some pictures that I purchased on the day.

I only upped my pressure to 40 psi, was getting slight tyre squeal, maybe should have put them up to 44psi, I certainly would have done this on the Ring.

sonny, how much does your track insurance set you back or is it part of your road policy?

Thanks for the replies

Oh you must, it really puts you in touch with the car, and you really get to understand and get to know the RS4.

That day the car drank a full tank of Optimax to 84 miles, and I covered 174 miles of track time in a day, bear in mind the INDY circuit is 1.2 miles long.

'S' Button of course ;)

No I was using the std pads and have not got around to ordering any yet, been behind on some DIY projects at home, but will try and order some next week. im really still undecided as to what pads to get, as I feel the same way about the pad sensors.
