Details, Valved, Non-valved, res or none res, black or chrome tips? cheers

yes the same exhaust will fit all 3 models (Cab, Sal and Avt). also it brakes down into small sections too, so will fit in the boot if you was to pick it up. 8)

saloon / avant Milltek is different from cab Milltek because the latter has to take into account strenghtening brace IIRC. They needed a cab gineau pig after the saloon had been in for this reason when originally developing the exhausts for the RS4's

I've got the centre section Res Milltek pipes for sale if anyone's interested. Just taking up space in my garage so first sensible offer can have them. They were only on the car for 3 months.

How many pieces does the original factory rs4 exhaust come as and what are they? There are down pipes which have pre cats coming down from engine vertically followed by what horizontally? (a resonated center section with the main 400 cell cats?) then at end we have a back box...lol. And what different pieces does a miltek come as??

Kay the OEM exhaust is one piece from cat back (including both sides, some one correct me here). Cats, pre-cats and down pipe are one item.

PG, What was the uprated part on the exhaust for the cab as I was told that they are all compatible now.

Thanks for that sonny. So there are only two parts to original exhaust....(i) down pipe with precats and main 400 cell cats followed by a (ii) backbox. Interesting. So, miltek options would include replacing the backbox with a resonated/non resonated valved/non valved backbox ; also replacing the d/p with the pre cats and main cats with a free flowing d/p (without precats) with option of a 100 cell or 200 cell main cat. Somebody please confirm my understanding.
