West London Audi Cant seem to get anything right first time

I bought my RS4 from West London Audi and although they try to be polite and courteous in the service dept. their actual work leaves alot to be desired.

Nearly every job that I have had done from them on my car has required me to go back to them several times because they haven't done it right and on many occasions they have actually introduced new problems which they then try to pass off as coincidence......I am really ay my Wits End.

I live in Middlesex quite close to them and they are by far the most convenient place to go to have work done on my RS4.

I am now of the belief that even though they say their most experienced mechanics are looking at my car...that those same experienced mechanics just dont have the experience with a new model like and RS4......

Has anyone had similar problems with them and is there any alternative that anyone can suggest in the same area as West London Audi?
:x

My local dealership has admitted that they find it difficult to 'practice' on the RS cars because so many owners take them out of the dealerships and use independents as soon as possible!

Best of luck. Just keep going back until you're happy!

Take it down the road to Camberley.

You will not be disappointed.

Rob & Stuart are professional to a tee.

I too have West London Audi on my doorstep and am tempted to nose around their fancy new building. However, Camberley will continue to do any work that I need done. Their loan car makes using them workable. To misquote Mrs T, most dealers bring me problems. Camberley bring me solutions!

I drive an Hour out of my way to use Camberley and if it was 3 hours I still would...... No contest if you have an RS4 you should be going there!!
