Does anyone have an idea of how many mile's left of range when the computer shows 0 ?

Depends on how you drive it but I have managed a decent 25 miles out of the reserve after 0 on the DIS. But then brimmed it with 67.5 litres so I don't think there was too much left in the tank. Suspicion is that the tank is 70 litres total.

I got to 0 miles on the DIS yesterday and ran for another 10 miles. When I filled it I could only get 62 litres in?

Press and hold that after the pump stops, and you'll get another 7 litres in the tank.
I once got 68 litres in doing that.

speaking from experience having run dry on 2 occasions do to being a fuel snob....... anything from 10 to 25 miles is your lot to be safe. having said that I once did 38 miles from Zero and got away with it but best bet is don't let it get to 0.....
