I know its been mentioned on this forum before, and that was the reason I used them in the first place but I wanted to share my experience with Camberley Audi, they are frikkin Amazing!!!.. They ended up getting a couple of things fixed under warranty that even me as the customer was struggling to get Audi to see it my way.
Rob is an absolute legend in my book.. He takes the time to hear you out and gives you honest feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure you drive away happy…. Everyone I dealt with there is great, even the Master techs take the time to come and chat to you. I’ve dealt with a few Audi service centers now and Camberley is in another league..
If you live within a days drive of there then I reckon it’s not to far..

Couldn't agree more, Rob and Stuart (and the entire team) are a top bunch. Not only do they always get the job done but have always gone out of there way to help.
I can honestly say if it wasn't for them I would have traded the '4' a while back.

Good to hear!
On the flip side. What about dealers that "fall short of expectation"? I popped into Audi Amersham recently to pick up some oil. I was dismissed from the nice dealership building and sent to the "service center" in a different location. Ok, I thought, not great so jumped back in the car and drove around the block looking for the place. I came across a run down industial estate and couldn't find any sign of anything Audi related. After driving around for 10 mins I ended up back in this pikey industrial estate looking at the cars parked looking for Audi's. I found a building with a few Audi's parked outside but no signs! Also it looked a bit rough around the edges. A million miles away from Audi's corporate brand look. Turns out this is the place. What a disappointing Brand Experience!!!!

After recommendations from here, I sent my dad to Camberley Audi as we're only down the road, and the sales service was shocking, not to mention the price and delivery time.
He ended up going to Wimbledon where the sales team were apparently amazing and he got the car £3000 cheaper and sooner...

I don't know much about the sales side, I've only dealt with the service side which is in a different location.. Add Canary Wharf Audi to the list of places to avoid, they are the ones who said the work couldn't be taken forward under warranty and Camberley sorted it all out..

I got rid of the rs mainly due to the 140 mile round tripto get anything done by people who know these cars (APS Brackley),i just couldn't get the proper cust service from Audi,it beggars belief how a company can have a brilliant product and know so little about it.Any way rant over i've changed marques for now after owning 2 a2's, 1 avant,1 TT,2 A4 cabs,1 rs4 all new apart from the rs4 what finally decided the change was when i applied to tracker for another tracker on another car 2 weeks ago and they politely informed me i didn't have a car trackered with them(£370 discount for subsequent cars)when i bought my new 06 cab from audi i was invoiced and paid seperately for a tracker, any way cut a long story short i paid for a tracker and didn't get one but i got a receipt for it,3 years later 2 weeks ago audi denied i'd
had a tracker and so did tracker,my wife found our receipt the other day suddenly nowaudi have agreed i did pay for a tracker but they must of forgot to register it with tracker,i now have my new car trackered for £99 instead of £469and the brown stuff has hit the fan at audi they have offered to purchase my existing car for £500 more the M benz have offered as a trade in,as i say good product shame about the company.

They've had a lot of changes on the Sales side, but I always got excellent deals, and delivery depends on when the factory build it so the dealer can't affect that.
Service side is absolute top notch though - it's really nice to find some Techs and front-of-house people that actually care!

Rob & Stuart @ Camberley are brilliant IMHO.
It was the first time I've ever been to Audi and thoroughly enjoyed the experience despite the 300 mile round trip.
They get my business from now on if my local specialist can't deal with the issue.
It may be a gross generalisation, but perhaps Service personnel tend to be "car enthusiasts" rather than Sales personnel who tend to be "bonus enthusiasts"?

good call.
historically a bmw buyer, the sales team at my local dealers are predatory, arrogant, and in my opinion extremely short sighted...always looking for the easy target...
the service deparment just love it..knowledgable, enthusiastic, really embracing the fact that M owners are generally a different breed. They really like to get involved and seem to want to make sure the experience is 'as it should be'
