After getting an all new DRC fitted, the owner complained of the ride height being much too high but was rebuffed by the dealer. Good job he wasn't buffing up his tailpipes at the time it happend.

Not good at all. I think mine is on its way out again too, although not in such grand style. Clunking noise from offside front and then tonight the dreaded thick tar like fluid on the wheels. Has a look in with a torch and there is a 1/2 inch split in the Rubber boot over the top of the shock, going back in tomorrow for them to check it out. Wouldn't mind but I've only had the car out of their bodyshop for 3 hours where it has been for 5 days having the front end resprayed again for the third time due to defective paint.
Other half is sick of the car now and at this stage I can't blame her. Paintwork defective, DRC dodgy again, brakes need skimming, suspect tyres and one of the new back boxes has a faulty valve as it rattles upon start up which either means the actuator is faulty or the vacuum solenoid is at fault.
I'd love it if my car actually worked without fault for more then 3 weeks which is the record in the last 6 months.

Think it may have been Jim - rAudiguy. Having fitted H&R lowering springs, the rear ride height was higher than before as the suspension had been over pressurised.
