alright guys,

i had my car detailed last month, it was in some state after an accidnet i had.
the bodyshop i used did a great job on the paint - but the buffing ruined that.
rarher than a whole new paint job again - got a detailer out and what a difference!!!

the guy i used is from KG detailing
his name is Dave - guy really knows his stuff!!

here is the link for his write up along with pics of car before and after

http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/s ... p?t=129092

definitely worth a read and if ur looking for someone to detail ur car then i would highly recommend dave.
he came out with his colleague Gordon at 8am and didnt leave till 9pm the same day!!
13 hours, 2 guys - and £250 later ---- results are brilliant!!!

Stunning job, I wasn't aware that that kind of condition could be restored once you got swirls etc.

well I must say, that is look really good, infact im liking what you have done to your car, I like the CC alloys and mirrors, looks rather "stealth". I would be too scared to drive it lol

That is looking the biz..... loving the full blown stealth look including the mirrors

I wish I lived closer, as that for £250 seems a bargain, considering detailing prices I've seen

Are the alloys a gloss or satin finish?

That looks awesome!!

Detailing is a clever art, I have a mate who does it so he will be doing mine soon, can't wait!

Love that colour coding, thought it might be too much on a black car, but it just looks mean, love it!!!

thanks for all the comments guys

makes me feel a whole lot better

the good thing about the stealth look and the milltek is that my wife hates the car therefore refuses to be seen in it, which is great cos a can drive like a loony without the constant moaning!!!

yeh mate i wasnt aware either, but a good friend of mine had some work done on his type r not so long ago and when i saw that i was hooked on the idea!!!

all i can say is that for 250 sheets u cant go wrong - well worth getting it done!!

alloys are a gloss finish
as for living closer, give Dave a bell and he will arrange to come to you wherever you are
