I bought a car without the rs4 wheel in it...everything else on the car is perfect apart from the speedboat MFSW.

here she is, with 10mm rear spacers fitted....



anyway,over in the states, the MFSW is the stock item, and they are all on about a wheel that's as good ergonoically as the rs4 FBSW, but retains the multi function element... so, best of both worlds it is...viola, the tt-rs steering wheel ( same as new rs6 without the paddles)

so the S button is on the dash instead of the wheel? It looks ok, but i deffo prefer the RS4 wheel

Whenever an MFSW is fitted the S button is moved to the dash.

If you HAVE to have an MFSW, I reckon this is the best looking one so far.

That is certainly a big improvement on the RS4 MFSW.

ive sat in johns car and inside it it really does change the ambiance of the car, proper nice.

Like the rear spacers, really looks good. Which spacers did you go for in the end (hubcentric?? make??) Any issues with rubbing??

spacers are 10mm h+r hubcentric, only on the rear...

couldnt source any front ones that were small and hubcentric, so i've descided to not bother.

to be honest, now its been done for a couple of weeks, i'm happy with the stance, the fronts dont need bringing out.

I think the wing mirrors look brilliant in red! (might get some vinyl to do mine). Am very keen to do the same at the rear of my RS4, it really needs the spacers to give it a more aggressive stance at the back.

Hubcentric spacers bolt onto the hub dont they so you attach the wheel to the spacer with the original bolts, right??

I was told by H&R when trying to source spacers for the R32 that you cant get hubcentric ones less than 20mm thick because it needs to be a certain thickness to allow it to bolt onto the hub and the original bolts to screw into it.

there are three types..non hubcentric, which are just effectively a shim that you need to align yourself and can cause wobble, then hub centric that mount onto the hub, replicating the lip to mount the wheel onto, which you need to use longer bolts for, and then there are the ones your on about, which only start at 20mm, as they bolt onto your existing hub, with new holes in the them, to mount the wheel too, using original bolts... the ones you want are the ones i have...

imho it looks better than the rs4 flat bottom wheel. Looks better quality.
TBH the flat bottom wheel function wise is more of a hinderance. I came to realise this after selling mine and getting a conventional round wheel.
