Virdee Autos did a great job but not cheap.

have a look at the gallardo wheels from the states....
lose your buttons, but alcantara and carbon heaven for about a grand.

Losing buttons - not good, means you'd need to replace the wiper stalk and and the S button onto the dash.
Alcantara - some have found that the alcantara on the steering wheel and gear knob can start to pill very quickly.
Two problems not worth a grand IMHO.

Just look at the weave on the lower section......shocking! And looks to me that the top 2 sections don't match the lower trim. Lower trim seems to be work from Far East.
We can do Alcantara trimming, and if need be cover up the button holes
