Variences between dynos aside I think the norm. whp is around 300-310 so it does look low.
These engines are known for lossening up as the miles go on, 1k I very refresh. Also, what is the heat in Dubai ?!

did not know you was in dubai, not surprised you are only getting that kind of power its got to be at least 40c+ im in bulgaria and the temp here is in the top thirties sometimes 43-44c and im way down on power, so i would say the heat is to blame ive been to dubai many times at this time of year so i know what it must be like at the moment, i even took my rs4 in to the mountains a few weeks back where it is much colder and the car was back to its normal self as soon as i came back down i lost loads of performance..

is there a break in code on these cars?
limiting performance for say 1200 miles or first service?
looks like it's restricted > 5500 RPM
fell flat on its face and would not rev to redline apparently...
vaccum leaks, bad software, something is wrong

The intake power flaps are supposed to open at 5500rpm, so worth checking for vacuum leaks?

Seems odd that the AFR is holding pretty much perfectly at 12.7 above 5000 rpms. If it was just a duff MAF would you not expect to see that figure going up and down as the ECU constantly corrected for the lambda readings? (unless the ECU is programmed to ignore the lamdba readings above a certain rev range)

According to the run in procedure, you should not use full throttle for 2500km and not more than 6000rpm up to 1000km then 7000rpm up to 2500km.
Your risking the integrity of your new engine, it hasn't been run in yet !

Mine and Andy's car generated ~305whp at an AFR of ~12.2 (above 5000rpm) which is richer than yours...ambient temp 22C.
The dyno correction factor suggests difference between 22C and 30C is ~1.5%
Your car seems to be doing whatever Mac4RS's car is doing...
Change out the ECU(s)?

I hope that Audi M.E. have a better Technical Department than Audi UK have - they seem totally clueless (based on comments on most Audi owners websites and personal experience where they instructed the dealer to replace a sat nav under warranty when the dealer and I could both clearly see that it was the TV tuner that was faulty, so Audi UK picked up a warranty bill for a sat nav AND a TV tuner instead of just a TV tuner - that's £1500 wasted).
