While raking through car, noted that the sliding panel on the passanger side scuttle under the bonnet (where a normal a4 battery would be) is missing.
As there is no way it can fall of, assume must have been missing for some time. (haven't got a clue why I hadn't noticed it before)

Anyway, will a normal A4 panel fit or will it be specific to S4s and RS4s.
Knowing my luck it'll only be for RS4s and the Stealer will charge me and arm and a leg for a new one.

My guess is that the stealers lost it while it was in for service!




Or atleast tell them that and maybe the'll fit a new one for free.......

Worth a try I suppose.

A4, S4 and RS4 appear to share same cover panel.

RHD part number is 8E2 819 422 A
