Just about to by some new tyres: Goodyear Asymmetric in 275/30 x 19
Can anyone tell me if the above size is okay for all four corners or are the ones at the back different? I guess they should be the same, only these are slightly over sized to fill the arches so a bit unsure what I should be ordering.
Cheers alex

Further, could anyone show us some pics of what the B7 RS4 looks like with 275/30R19s ?
Also, how much does this put the speedometer out by ?

IIRC there's already some pics on here.
The speedo over-reads by a further 2%, since the RS4 already over-reads by about 5% that makes it about 7% (still within the C&U Regs limit of 10%).
FWIW my previous S4s have had much more accurate spedos which over-read by only 2%.
All values compared to a GPS speedo.

Some interesting threads/links. Does anyone know if the tyre pressure differs fitting these wider tyres to the smaller spec rim.

I'm running mine at 39 front and 38 rear after some toying around with pressures, gives good grip without making the ride uncomfortable and feeling every bit of aggregate in the road when at higher pressures with associated noise.

Same here - and I've recoded the TPMS to reflect the higher pressures I'm running.

Recoded? Do you just not reset your TPMS vis DIS ASAP RSVP?

Not if you want it to alarm at the same difference from your new "normal" pressures.
