do you remember about rs4 power loss?
problem is the intake manifold, i have spent "some" hours working on it and now let take a look at this :)

What did you do to the intake manifold to get that amount of improvement?

enlarged and polished giving the correct shape and cone angle

it has taken me aproximately 10 days working a couple of hours per day during my free time ( my wife was very happy), i don't know about the cost, i purchased a new spare intake manifold ( apx. 1000euro) and just started to work on it

it's not only a flow problem, there is also an acoustic side to take care of,
btw this is an emphasized picture to explain the problem of the rs4 intake manifold

If you have done all of that, I would have the car mapped .. that is some change to the air flow

ecu is stock, only speed limiter has been removed
med9.1 ecu has a very clever software that automatically adapts fuel quantity, just choose the target lambda value and that's it ! the original value is ok ( 0,85 at wot )
