Part code needed for airbag for a alcantara steering wheel?

Hello,

I have the rs4 wheel pictured below, was hoping somone could tell me what the part code is for the airbag? Cheers Lomax

I don't think it's any different from the leather RS4 wheel airbag.

I can find 2 airbag part numbers on ETKA:

Option 2FS 8E0 880 201 DH

Option 2PX 8E0 880 201 CT

One is for the MFSW, and one for the RS4 wheel.

I have the RS4 wheel and option code 2PX, so I guess that option code 2FS is for the MFSW.

I called audi for a price and the guy said that i was missing some didgits from the part number?

That will be the colour code on the end - the only option is 6PS (Soul Black), I would have expected the parts guy to notice that only 1 colour is available!

The price they gave me is about 450! do you know where i could get one cheaper?

AFAIK the only place to get airbags with a known history(!) is from an Audi dealer - your life may depend on it working properly, is it worth saving a few pounds?
