Alright everyone, how's it going ? I traded my S3 in for an RS4 last week and i'm loving every second, what a car ! Its Phantom Black with a few toys. I wasnt planning on changing but once i drove the RS i was hooked, ive done 800mls in 6 days already. I did the exhaust valve mod and love hearing that grumble in the morning, it's an amazing sound.

When i picked the car up (from Audi Belfast), it had Mich. pilot sport 2's on the front and Pirelli PZerros on the rear. Is this ok ? I thought quattro's had to have the same tyres all around, no ? I told this to Audi and they said "no, no, thats rubbish" !! Im nearly sure it was them who told me though.
I said i wanted two new Pirelli's on the front but he doubts his boss will go for it. He's going to let me know. Should i be pushing for this ?

definately wouldn't be happy with a mix of tyres! Audi customer services would sort this out for you if garage isn't playing ball i would think.

What's the exhaust valve mod - sorry sure it's been asked before.

That is very bad in my opinion - from a main dealer it should definitely have the same tyres all round. You shouldn't have to ask for that - let alone push! Complain to Audi UK if you don't get them.

Spoke to Audi today and they're going to put two new Pzeros on asap so im sorted.
