Looking to buy a RS4 cab, never had an rs4 before, mate has an RS4 avant, find them awesome, wanted something for the summer

What should i looking out for when buying one of these?

What kind of money should i willing to pay?

i bought a july 06, 16k for 51k at a main dealer, prices start at about 47k - 55k so work it out from there. LOOK OUT FOR LEAKING SHOCKS, you will find a good few threads regarding shck absorbers

anything between 48-51k, if its a private sale will be less, prices im quoting are main dealer price range

gutted, gave mine away px to a dealer less than two weeks ago! I'd be surprised if the early ones are fetching as much, mine was a june 06 car with 23k on it. Audi Docklands are advertising it at just under £48k (for nearly a 10% mark up) i had it advertised for a couple of weeks at £47500 and didnt get a single enquiry

Always the case, I just don't understand how the dealers do it.

I recently sold a Mk5 GTI. Dealer offered me £14.5k p/x. I had it advertised for 15.5k for around 4weeks not one enquiry. In the end I gave it to the dealer for 14.5k, and they put it up for 17.5k, and sold it within around 2weeks!
