Due to house renovations, extremely reluctantly, I sold my lovely RS4 yesterday. Bought new in June 2007, it has been without a shadow of a doubt the best car I have ever owned, and this forum has provided many hours of viewing pleasure as well as a superb point as reference.

I may well return to RS4 ownership at some future date and I'll no doubt continue to browse the threads.

If of interest to others, my car sold quickly for £43,500 (june 2007 saloon, 6000miles with standard seats) which represented a loss of £6150 on the new price - OK not Mini levels of depreciation, but certainly no disaster for a car of this performance. The buyer was a trade buyer who is actively buyings RS'4 so if anyone wants the contact details just PM me.

Not sure what I'll go to next, but it will be around the 25k mark and something I can drive for a year or so with minimal depreciation.
