Don't know if anyone else suffers from this but everytime I drive my car my right leg starts aching.

When I had my 350z I suffered the same problem and the doctor put it down to being a low car, and suggested getting into it backwards. I have always got in this was with the RS4 but still get an aching leg.

I am fairly tall (6'4") and was just wondering if anyone else suffered the same problem.

I get this, does it tend to be in the knee area? If so, my chiropractor advised me it's the angle you keep your foot at on the throttle pedal. The top of my foot tends to wander outwards from where I place my heel, and constant pressing on the pedal at that angle causes aching further up the leg.

The advise was to try & keep heel & toes in as much a staright line with the rest of your leg as possible.

Yes it is in the knee area, I sort of have to put my foot on the ground and twist my knee to give it a bit of relief...

I wonder if altering the angle of the pedals would help ?

I used to suffer from this in the OEM B5 RS4 recaros, but since replacing them with the pole position buckets it no longer seems to trouble me.

I'm 6ft 1in and have no problems with the buckets at all Comfortable on a recent trip to London (4hrs due to traffic) but wife hates them.
Looking at an S6 avant tomorrow, increasing family = need for more room, and wife will be pleased with the reacros in the S6 I think

I am actually quite worried now.

Everytime I drive my RS4 I get an aching leg, even if it is just for 5 mins It isn't a sharp pain, but more of an uncomfortable numness, pretty much down all my right leg)

I have tried different driving positions but these haven't helped. I am thinking it has something to do with the angle of the accelerator pedal ? (as mentioned earlier)

I absolutley LOVE this car and would be devestated if I had to sell fot this reason but I am seriously having to think about it...I just don't know what to do

I do get the same soreness you described, but mainly in the early days of ownership and long drives (>2hrs). It seems to me the thigh support of our RS4 is too high compare to the backside and unfortunately it can't be adjusted. This restricts the blood flow to the leg below the knees and hence the sore/numbness. Try a pillow under your buttocks and see if it helps.
