Another possibility would be Star Performance in Kirkaldy, owner is very knowledgeable and I know memebers of 'another' forum have used him for Audi remaps, Millteks and H&R's.
£1000 for REVO sounds a bit steep IMO, I have been offered it for £750 using rolling road tuning and programmed by a REVO employee tuning the program to my car from Weltmeister at Silverstone

I was speaking to Jim a few weeks ago when I had the other car down there. He's only raising the limiter and not offering full remaps for the RS4.

The Milltek sounds steep at that price.

If its the non res valve system it retails at £1,500+ VAT - resonated, valved is £1,595+ VAT - so I guess your price also includes fitting. At that price your not getting any discount.

Curious, I wonder if he's not convinced by the gains?

He isn't. He was saying something about either he or GIAC had been working on it for a while but haven't seen much improvement over standard.

Surely there would be improvement in conjunction with Milltek race cats and full system exhaust? I could understand mapping an OEM car.
