Post by b7sedan » Fri Nov 09, 2007 9:07 am

Somethings flown up and chipped the arm on one of my wheels so want to get some paint to dab on to cover, does anyone know what the paint code is for our wheels. Thanks.

It will look Pants though unless your very good, these wheels are sooooooo soft, don't use a file for gods sake, I just marked the edge of one of mine ( I have a spare wheel though) and could spend as much time as I wanted repairing it, I ended up using Chrome spray........ you laugh it's the only colour that gets close.
I used the wifes Nail stick (which has a pointed end) wrapped in fine wet & dry, carefully rubbing out the rough edge, masked it up sprayed the chrome on, used hair dryer to dry, then by hand painted on the lacquer.
Looka as good as. 8)
