Apologies if this has been posted before, but is there an easy way to get both reversing lights working? I can't believe Audi skimp on this!!

I was thinking the same thing as I thought I had a reversing lamp gone but the clear right hand light (when viewed from the rear) is the fog lamp and there is no provision for a reversing lamp.
However, on my TT I had the same problem but this was overcome by buying a LHD European lamp assembly and fitting that which I modified so I had two rear reversing lamps and two rear fog lamps.
I haven't looked at the rear lamps on the RS4 closely enough yet to see if this is feasable but as the TT was able to be modded then I guess the RS4 could be too.

Good call Graham. On my my B6 I simply put the bulb in and away it went.
Think about the cost saving, 500,000 cars * 15p a bulb * 2 (for reversing and fog) = £150k. Thats a nice bonus for the designer who made the call.

This is very strange. How can some B7 RS4's have a different number of reversing lamps, was there a change in design at a later stage to only have one reversing light then?
If there are some B7 RS4's around with twin reversing lights then that's going to make life a little simpler to replicate.

OK then, so it seems that it is only the Cabriolets that have only the one reversing light.
Funny though, because up to now I wouldn't have thought it was that bleedin' obvious.
There you go, you live and learn every day.
