Milltek Exhaust fitting - wait for break in first?

Post by webbah » Wed Feb 14, 2007 7:22 pm

Hi everyone,

I'm due to pick up my RS4 Avant this friday. I'm totally excited and can't wait! It's been a long time coming.

I spoke with a mechanic and he highly suggest waiting at least 4000 Km before changing the exhaust. He claims the car needs to adjust to my style of driving and break in prior to changing the exhaust or anything else. Wasn't planning on doing the downpipes (200 cell), but changing to the Milltek Catback Resonated Valved system.

Can anyone offer some comments on this please? :? I planned on changing it right away.

Appreciate any feedback!

Best,

Webbah

What are the benefits of fitting these, do they look the same as the OEM ones? Any pics?
