So far I have been unable to find out what changes the MY2007 model actually has apart from the clear front indicators.

Anybody know if there are other changes, engine components etc?

I believe that is the only change and I'm pyssed off that mine came with orange instead of clear. Nevermind.

All RS4's are 2007 model year (check the digit in the VIN - it's a 7 even on cars with orange indicators like mine).

The clear indicators was a 2007.5 model year change.

The first batch of cars that were built for March/April/May delivery were 2006 MY cars.
The switch over to the 2007 MY was build slots some time in June I think ( Audi must have a strange calendar!). The latest cars coming now are 2008 MY - how do you explain that ?

The change over to clear indicator lenses was in October in the middle of the 2007 MY see here:

Sorry to spoil the party, but my RS4 Avant was delivered at the end of September and has clear indicator lenses.

Yes OK, but are the last 4 numbers of the VIN number greater than 3151?
If not be careful if you go into a dealer for a replacement headlamp unit, or they will fit one with orange indicators getting the info off their part system.
I guesstimated October through the complicated Audi build week number system, so I might be out by a whole month!

Oh BTW, one change I discovered today .. 7k rpm limit ... I have heard cars pass this if cold, mine does not .....
