The day I have been looking forward to for months has finally arrived! Today, a mate and I are off to Rome via Nurnberg Ring along with about 50 other cars on "euro-enduro" see www.circuit-days.co.uk . My nieghbour is taking his 996 C4S. There are a few RS6's and an RS4 B5 entered.
Changed the long life oil for some decent stuff yesterday. Was surprised at how thin and smelly the old oil was. I will find out if it makes any difference to the running temperature.

just done budapest and back in 4, did you mean nurburg, for christ sakes don't follow the signs for nurnburg they are 2 different places.
