Customer Services - The RS Team!

Chaps, after the debacle last week surrounding my failed clutch on the brand new RS4 Cab that was on its way to being delivered to me! - I have ended up being contacted by the Audi RS Team (special team within customer services specifically for RS owners).

Its nice to know they have a special team set up to look after customers who buy their high end stuff :D

I was offered a £1k compensatory gesture to rekindle my faith in the brand too.

Hats off to Audi for diffusing an otherwise frustrating situation.

Nice, do they have an S team? Do you have contact details for the RS team?

No sorry, they called me after my issues were reported by my supplying Dealer. I presume they called from Audi HQ in Milton Keynes.

They are writing to me with an apology letter too, so once I get the letter I will report back any contact details that come with it.

Not sure if they have a 'S' Team though.
