That looks very promising.
Was that with the standard exhaust too?
The torque curve is amazing for a naturally aspirated engine, both OE and tuned. It is so flat. You certainly feel all that torque low down too. Quite different to an M3.
So a combination of a Miltek and Ray West one may well be looking at 440-450bhp - mmmm food for thought.
All of which is pretty impresive when you consider that is what an RS6 starts at with a brace of turbos.

i think he's had a fair bit done, exhaust, map, filter.. theres probably not much more that can be done, whats the situation with head porting and cams? if it were supercharged it would probably keep blowing the engine along even with heavy cams and open heads.. though from previous threads i think Mihnea commented saying its pretty maxed out without extensive work now.
Nope, had nothing but a remap done. I agree the torque is quite amazing for a N/A engine and more than whats quoted as standard.
Had car remapped at about 4 thousand miles. Standard exhaust so with a Miltek and remap you will be seeing 450 bhp.
Standard cars that Ray has R/R have varied from 399 bhp right up to 414 bhp purely dependant on mileage. the 414 bhp was an Audi demo car that had 10k on the clock.
