Just to let you know, the B7 came to blows with a Mk1 big badger at 80mph. The badger lost big style, but the RS4 came out with £2000 worth of damage.

KCSun has some pics as we were there this weekend, but basically the whole O/S/F corner went missing. Front Bumber assy, Wheel arch liner, AC Condenser coupling, Oil cooler rad, under tray + numerous grilles.

Luckily, we were on the way to KC's south of france home and some duct tape and relentless stripping away of damaged plastic allowed us to continue the 700 mile journey to Pau.

Thanks to all that assisted with bandage. We got home to MK today and the car is already authourised by NU to ne repaired and of course Wayside have it all in hand.

She looks pretty sad at the moment, but hey, its only bits of plastic.

Oh, and on the way back the brake pad light came on. A quick call to the dealer and front pads are only £250 for the front set !!!!!

Another Audi bargain. In fact, its pretty poor as I have now done 18,000 miles and they are F**ked. Bearing in mind my car does mostly motorway work, its not good compared to my old B5

Anyway, 182 mile drive in the morning to wales in a ver ill looking Audi

So far ive had a bird get sucked through the air intake and bugger my grille...only cost £15 to replace and another bird tried head butting the headlight...Happy to report no damage on that. Other casualties have included 3 rabbit and a hedgehog.....This is what happens when your coming back from work at 5am.

It's not the fact im going to fast. More the case that all the critters are out at that time off morning. Almost impossible not to hit.
