I was looking to sell my RS4 which was to arrive now. I did actually have a customer lined up. Anyway when the dealer rings me up to say the car has arrived he also mentions that there is a difference in the spec as compared to order. No rear isofix, but no problem as that can be retrofitted. But also no front airbag deactivation button that can't be retroed. So I say thanks but no thanks, I don't want the car!

I told the dealer that I have a mate who might want the car and put him in contact with the customer I had lined up. So it saves me having to buy/sell the car, transfer funds etc

The dealer now has two black cancelled RS4s sitting idle!

I presume you are getting your deposit back? PS the airbag deact can be retro'd but not all dealers will do it.

Yes, deposit to be returned. Fantastic car though.
