Is there anyone else getting annoyed waiting for their RS4 in the US?

I place my order and put a deposit down back in March. I overlooked (with much disappointment) the fact that the bucket seats, steering wheel and start button were missing form the US version of the car. In place of the start button - theres cup holders - no joke! - who buys this car to go to Maccy D's drive thru???

But given the reviews of the car, the fact that I love Audis, and how good the RS4 looked, I went forward with placing my order in March. First indication was that it was coming out early June.

Since then, I've had to change my spec from XM satellite radio to Sirius, because Audi decided not to include it as an option any more, and I've had the expected delivery date moved back from June to August, with still no exact date confirmed, and no good explanations.

There was also an Audi driving experience day locally where you could go and be driven round in an RS4, and my local dealer didn't even send me an invite - only found out by chance from the internet.

Are Audi trying to push away US customers or what? The car gets released with all this hype, but there seems to be no follow through.

Currently having second thoughts!

I thought it was the opposite... I'd certainly be having a word with th dealer about your driving day. That's not on....

Good luck, sure it will be worth the wait.
